📌 KEY POINTS
🚨Trips/Collection by a Third Party
If you wish for your child to be collected exceptionally at the end of the school day by a third person who does not have an access card, you must notify the school by 10:00 AM on the same day. (Teachers are instructing our children and do not read emails at all hours.)
🔑 Entry/Exit access cards
There are different access cards :
- Blue card: Parents (to be kept from PS to CM2).
- Yellow card : Children from CE2, CM1, CM2 that are authorized to leave alone at the end of the day
- White card (for this year): Third parties. This card must be renewed every year, and its colour changes for security reasons.
- The parents association (FCPE) requested the implementation of these cards to improve the security of our children. Supervisory staff may change, and the card must be presented every time.
- Nevertheless, in addition to the physical paper format, you can also show it digitally (a photo of the front and back of the card on your mobile) or via the Eduka platform.
🏊♂️ Dads at the swimming-pool
CP and CE1 classes have a swimming cycle, and there is often a lack of male escorts for the boys’ changing rooms.
👉Daddies: If you have availability, even occasionally, please contact the management to volunteer, even if your child is not in these year groups!
